Not sure who needs to hear this today, but I know my younger self sure did. If mantras / narratives like this had been more readily accepted and promoted in my formative years, it's possible I could have replaced decades of toxic #SelfDoubt and #SelfCriticism with a decades-long foundation of nourishing #SelfLove.
Luckily, it's never too late to make a u-turn and start new, with new ways of being and relating to oneself and with one another. Grateful for the amazing people in my life who continue to remind me of this, and for the unfolding of new beginnings and possibilities that each new day brings.
