Going deep into some fairly steep, winding, wooded trails in SF today, I found myself blissfully leaving and losing a sense of structured space and time, and much of city life behind me. And yet, fittingly, rediscovering and reconnecting anew with a refreshed sense of hope and home not just within the outer nature in this city of 48 hills, but also more deeply within my inner nature.
