Whether you are traveling for the holidays to “get” home” or staying at home (whether voluntarily or involuntarily – thanks, Omicron 😷😑)...
Whether you’ll be gathering with others, or keeping things chill and enjoying some much needed R&R...
My holiday wish for you is that you will feel a true sense of home.
Not one that’s specific to a certain location, or climate, or crowd, or particular traditions.
But rather, that kind that arises when you can feel yourself truly connecting to, embodying and operating from your fully authentic self – exactly who and how you uniquely are – whether in the presence of others, or just on your own.
Because after all, home is where the heart is. And, the mind, body and soul, once they’ve decided to become whole, and fully engaged in the present moment.
🙏🏼🧘🏻♀️
“It was when I stopped searching for home within others and lifted the foundations of home within myself I found there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and body that have decided to be whole.” – Rupi Kaur
May this holiday season be a time of profound connection with yourself, with others, and the world around you.
And from that place of presence and connection, may you (we) all be safe, healthy, and at ease in being and meeting our fully authentic selves and others with deep respect, compassion and kindness.
Wishing you all a very safe and nourishing holiday, and a joyful start to the new year!
🙏🏼🧘🏻♀️🤗❤🎄🥳
