Joseph Goldstein: On the Pandemic

Moving reflections by Joseph Goldstein below on these times of pandemic crisis we find ourselves in. So much gratitude for the relative privilege and resource that I have to weather the storm. So much heartbreak for those less well-resourced and their widespread suffering. Sending healing metta (lovingkindness) far and wide.

Pandemic By Joseph Goldstein

Sheltered and safe when others are not, fed and nourished when others are not. How to live in such a world alone and connected at the same time?

Facing forward stepping back, do we turn away or look beyond ourselves as we choreograph this dance of fear and love?
