Shifting Perspectives: From "Quarantine" to "Retreat"

So beautiful, so true. Whether you are a meditator or not, may we all use this time of "retreat" from our daily grind wisely -- to rest, to recuperate, to reconnect with ourselves and others. But mostly, to rekindle and expand our innate capacities for love, kindness and compassion, and support those less fortunate than us.
